WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT IN TRADING

The fact that their Q3 showed stable AFFO at 0.11 and this continues to dive is ridiculous.  It had a 20% dividend with a 70% payout ratio.  That is freakin nuts man.   If TNT was named any other reit with these metrics it would be 4x higher

  That is backwards looking.  Forward looking,  TNT  sold  several  properties for a loss to raise $$$ to pay off debt coming due.
