It's a very confusing quote, isn't it? A new market, apparently, yet caused by something momentary! However, I think the last sentence is spot-on. There will also be a lot of money coming from GICs and the like into these boring sectors, but also a rebalancing back into bonds.

Might be "confusing" because of the word "temporary". Does it mean days, weeks, months, the year? Overall, I believe some of the gains are going to flow out of those high flyers and also the sideline safe GIC, money market funds will be looking to take on more risk once rates start declining.

Yesterday, he continued to shed light on the rotation out of Big Tech. So to sum up, for new leaders to emerge, the rotation out of Big Tech is not really "momnetarily".
