No buyback last Friday and today?

Noticed there weren't any repurchases last Friday and today. Anybody want to take a guess what's going on?

Yes. They ran out of money as per lancebryant's claim LOL I think they are gearing up for dividend reinstatement? If not, internal management reporting was done before the public release and they found it necessary to stop it for some reason. i.e. low on funds or large amount of debt maturing soon

took a quick look yesterday and bid-ask spread was 8 cents. maybe getting tougher to do a buyback somedays.

You need to learn to read. I didn't say that AT ALL. Not even close.

I have figured this out - they  wanted 2 clear says prior to issuing the earnings release which contained info on cumulative purchases up to the day of the report - they didn't want to risk a last-minute error.  As someone who used to produce these for a living, it makes a lot of sense!
