Still no remote rebound in office or reits in general.  Scary.   A full year and like nothing has happened but a deteriorating fundamentals and yields going back up

But if reit also cut its distribution to 0, then what would happen? Lol Money would transfer out to safe deposits at banks yielding 5%. No need for a shareholder vote. But you can vote with the SELL button and then use the proceeds to buy a reit with a yield. Plenty of them around, all at or near multi-year lows.

Wow you really are a company hired goon. I want my distribution so I could by more and more LOL at 20% yield I could increase my holding by 20% a year. They cut ncib threshold to 4200 shares per day, what is that? Are they preparing for distribution reinstatement? I also think that they should pay down debt instead if they are not going to pay the distribution. Interest rate seems to be staying ...more
