Buying the dip again

If DD is buying i'm buying.
Flamingo is right, it will requires patience, but when interest rates keeps falling and a dividend is reinstated this will go much higher and we will enjoy the higher yield.

Why are the people here only like tnt.  Many other good depressed cad reits with a dividend
