Fraid I'm out

Reread Q2, compared to Q1, language on dividend reinstatement same

This means it is less certain that they will reimplement a div in Nov on Q3 ER, as I thought the language in Q2 re div reinstatement was new

TNT remains very cheap with a lot of upside, good chance of div reinstatement then a share price pop, though less certain than before

My reason for exit is to redeploy increasing amounts of capital into SOT

Still holding some in long term accounts, feel fine about it long term.  What was sold is large positions in short term trading accounts.

Are SOT's prospects rosier than TNT? I've been looking at it and HOT lately, but am a bit reluctant to take the leap.

If you've got some TFSA room, let some roll. Rates falling long term are good for these beaten up real estate instruments. Your gains are forever untouchable by the gov.

SOT is trading at a much lower valuation but it has suspended interest payments on its debentures and in default with its lenders. So it is a far riskier play.
