OCT 7 - Last Special Dividend - next dividend (Dec?)

The gas prices has been strong, and TOU doesn't really want to accumulate to much cash on the balance sheet. Sept 22, they announced an Oct 7 dividend payment, roughly two weeks ahead of payment reflecting cash collected in Q3 as it approached the end of the 3rd quarter.

Q4 looks like much stronger prices and perhaps a little Christmas Present is in store for TOU shareholders?

Would there be any tax advantage paying in out in 2021?  I think it would be a bold move, and i think they are likely ahead of their debt target by quite a bit. It would also spread it out a bit if 2022 is another strong gas year.

TOU is dripping in Cash in 2022, and there might even be bigger dividends ahead with increase production, and increased liquids Q4. There also is a relentlessly focus on costs so they should always be solid in any enviroment.

A 4 dollar anualized dividend should be a $80 dollar stock price? (5% return )

My gut feel is a Dec 14 or eariler announcement for a Dec 30 dividend payment of $1 dollar.

IMHO

In previous years the Dec dividend was declared on Dec 5th (twice) and Nov 4th (once).
