until the market knows about the pending acquisition and/or the special divi. As far as the quarterly results are concerned, they'll be stellar, the kind of results most O&G companies have come with recently such as CVE and WCP.

I'm not so sure about that. Big block moved at the bell yesterday and again today, in both cases boosting the price at the bell. I bought shares at 64.59 today at 3.59, and stocks closed a minute later at 64.85. I'd day that's moving the needle considerably!

No one cant be sure of anything. I am sure you ll make money even at the price youpaid yesterday. On apr 18, the stock reached 66$ and since then, goes back and forth between 62 and 65. But the stock fundamentals cant be expected to be better. The stock should be easily at 70$ but the market seems to apply a discount for the uncertainty of mgt's next move.
