While thekids are bickering about ex-div dates and who-had-dinner-with-whom, Mike is slowly effecting a management buyout.

Between June 6-13, president, chief executive officer and chairman Mike Rose invested over $546,000 in shares of Tourmaline. He acquired a total of 7,100 shares at an average price per share of approximately $76.95 for two accounts. After these transactions, one account held 8,774,973 shares, while the other account held 29,755 shares.

"Management buyout" based on Mike buying his own stock.  Shows how little you know about the company and Mike. Expand your search and see how much he has bought over the years, he is always buying.  Has more money than god. Anyone who has done their DD knows how Mike operates, check his old companies and work history.  He will sell the company and I will be along for the ...more

Mike could buy some more shares cheap today. Quite a drop fro, 76.95 to 68 something. But........What goes down must rise again -- to $90?

I'd be just happy enough to be sitting here collecting $6 in specials, but twist my arm if the base needs to go up as well, I'm OK. Lots of great catalysts on the horizon. Boa noite from Lisbon.
