TOURMALINE  shares the wealth by declaring a $2.00 special dividend to be paid by Feb 1st.I bought some for that very reason & fact oil is expected to hit $90 by year end.Not, a bad spot to buy here at current values.This not the first time TOU has declared a special dividend.
