That's an opening chess move.  It's a threat to make the developed world give him nuclear power.

What ya mean give him nuclear power? They have it now. "So far, India has seven nuclear power plants, which produce a a combined 6.78 gigawatts of atomic energy. The government has said that it plans to triple its nuclear power capacity to 22.48 gigawatts by 2031 to make up 5 per cent of the country's power production, from just over 3 per cent now."

India is threatening to increase greenhouse emissions.  They want 1000 nukes, not a handful. And they want us to provide it for free.

Unfortunately, TOU sale only in North America and the Indians doesn't buy here...

It is becoming a world market NA prices will go up as more gas flows into India no matter where it comes from

Apparently Trudeau didn't read the memo. Germany and Japan came cap in hand asking for NG and he said there's no base case. They can have all the Blue Hydrogen they can handle in 15  years give or take..
