Oil Underpriced

US$100/barrel oil is required to sustain current production: portfolio manager 

Oil is underpriced at current levels due to myths about supply increase from the Middle East and the U.S., says Cole Smead, president and portfolio manager, Smead Capital Management. He recommends a few energy stocks.

In a nut shell. If Oil does not trade at $100+, I said it before. OIL and NG companies will shut the rigs down. They will not operate them. They will NOT search for more OIL.
