Is anybody buying TOU's little sister RBY lately?

Target $4 from 2.72, 45% upside according to BMO Nesbitt Burns

Could it be that Eric Nuttall has overlooked? I have never heard him speak about RBY, he had a lot of good things to say about TOU. I wonder if he is secretly buying RBY and has not reached his desired load yet before he mentions it on TV.

I sold HZU and bought more TOU and RBY yesterday, what is going on with silver?

Silver is heavily manipulated by naked shorts working for the US government, you see, silver is used in weapons, it is trading higher in China because they need them in their solar power systems. Intuition can work against you when things are manipulated and rules of the game change to control the outcome.
