Wrong  they've already stated SD for the entire year, just a matter of how much it will be

Sorry, can't find anywhere where they have announced a special for the 3rd quarter 2024, just the regular quarterly dividend of .35.  Last special was .50 for 2nd Q 2024. Last year on Nov 1st 2023 they paid a special of $1.00.  If you can direct me to the source where they announced a special for this Q it would be appreciated. thanks

Last year they declared the special dividend in conjuction with announcing the bonavista acqusition on October 16.  Otherwise they would have likely declared it with the Q3 2023 results a few weeks later. If they announce a special dividend for Q3 it will be noted with the Q3 2024 results scheduled to be released next week on November 6 after market close. I'm expecting a special div of

From their March 6th PR: "Tourmaline will pay a special dividend of $0.50/share on March 21, 2024, to shareholders of record on March 14, 2024. Tourmaline intends to pay special dividends in all four quarters of 2024, inclusive of this Q1 2024 special dividend. Tourmaline has also increased its quarterly base dividend by 7% to $0.30/share."
