II seem to be getting on board for both NG and Oil.

TOU SP is rising well and a new high is imminent (next week) and several new highs are coming in the next 3 months.
For oil, CNQ has sparked new interest from old IIs and Shorts will see the door in the next few weeks I believe.
ARX is a pretty girl.
