Take A Long Hard Step Back and Consider

If Urocidin is as good as BNC says, and they are willing to bet the farm on it, we have to take notice. This team has already grown the AH business to a consistent profit basis, and seems now willing to sell AH in order to take Urocidin to the finish line.

On the other hand, Endo dumped Urocidin back to BNC after spending many millions, and simply asked for a pittance in return.

Graeme et al are going for broke with Urocidin. Hugely risky from every point of view, but I wonder what people said when the Apple duo were bumping together circuit boards in their garage. My point is, most astounding breakthroughs hang by nebulous threads before fruition. Do we have an astounding breakthrough? Not likely, but possible. The boys who have taken us to the dance think so, now the question is, are we going home with them, or are we going home with the new boinky boinky boys? I'm going to wait and listen before I make a decision. In fact, I'm going to wait and listen for as long as I possibly can before making a decision. I guess that's why I'm wealthy without BNC, because I listened to my master, The Great Lorneg, who always advised us to use only 'play money' on BNC. Wow!

SWNE It is just basic CFP (financial Planning) sense not to bet the farm on a corp that doesn't make a profit, but again we have Lorneg. Who the H was Lorneg? HT

Lorneg? IMHO, is the greatest poster I've ever read. That said, there are very few others in his league. To mention a few: Jimmy, NoReply, Retail Rube, ArtemusJones, Wussy, The Chief(sometimes), and lately HT, you are starting to prove yourself, and the Cat. I do like the 'Bull Rider' when I can understand his prose.   Lorneg was the very first poster to clang the warning bell ...more

HT... Basic financial planning is granting a truckload of 35 cent options to yourself when only you and your board know that there is private equity interest, fronted by GW, in your animal health division. Is that why McRae  has been so keen to note that all offers to date were "unsolicited"... Those options smell more rancid every time he speaks.   What was the GW offer? Was ...more

Very good point NoHandle.  We are used by Graeme as we always were. That tons of 35cents options for themselves is disgusting.  But we still have on these Board a few so called "shareholders" who are perfectly fine with this.  Such a dirty place our Board is!.    Im just wondering if its possible at all to take legal action against tthese guys who destroyed   ...more

Boys The last time I checked option strike prices are granted at current prices, which makes .35 onside. Please note that you could have bought  BNC shares at .18 .19 the day Fonds did their deal and continue to buy shares. The day I averaged down at .23 Graeme and the board could not buy shares because they were not allowed to buy shares in that black out time frame. .23 is a lot ...more
