The so-called “Dissidents” don’t represent me as a shareholder.
The “Dissidents” can only speak for themselves and NOT all shareholders (as they would have you believe).
The G-W PR headlines and G-W mouthpieces appear to be telling the world that ALL the shareholders are upset and angry with Bioniche, when in fact this is not true … it’s totally misleading.
G-W represents a small group of dissent investors who made an offer for the AH division and got turned down … and are now crying sour grapes. The aftermath speaks volumes of G-W …
From the Bioniche press release ..
" we were shocked to see that they acquired a stake in the Company from which to try and control the Board, contrary to their assurances to us. More importantly, their public attacks are now jeopardizing some very important initiatives underway to maximize the Company's potential for the benefit of all shareholders."
A sign of the times? Could the Bioniche shareholders be in the G-W crosshairs next?
As I’ve said before,
This company is not for FREE, and no amount of PR’s or verbal diarrhea from the G-W mouth pieces will swing shareholder opinion or votes.
Plain and simple, No money, no talk.
Oh, I almost forgot,
$$$$$ plus “integrity” = Success
No MONEY plus No “integrity” = Failure
