will be the first time Bioniche will feel like a public company.

People shouldn't lose sight of the fact that had GW not appeared in the picture, we would still be in the McRae Dark Ages.

Would we know about the interest in AH and  Urocidin? Clearly we were never to hear about the GW-Bioniche discussions as they ultimately included the removal of McRae.

I am sure we would still get the upcoming CC on the 12+ month delay on the GMP for the VMC, but my hunch is that this would be it.

Everything else would be redacted for" confidentiality" and "competitive" concerns.

Zep, Please do not get me wrong on my reply. I am quite pleaased that GW is doing something / anything to wake up and shake up the sleeping dictators. However there are some concerns I have with these guys that does not make much sense to date. For starters, they (their group) came in with the interest in buying the AH division. Their offer was apparently "too low" and was rejected. So ...more

Chief...I don't believe that GW's intent is altruistic any more than I would believe the same with current management. However, its rubber on road for me...It simply comes down to who can deliver the most in a reasonable period of time. GW bought what they had to buy to make their move. I don't begrudge them for that, nor would I take anybody over the current management team. I ...more
