Translation:

" F#@k you shareholders"

Nice touch Graeme.

He gave away Canadian, Mexican and South African rights to a groundbreaking cancer treatment for a 13.25% loan with a $5mm pay out clause and 2.5mm warrants that will likely all be in the money within 3 months. The Paladin negotiating table was drinking Crystal post facto, while Graeme once again licks his wounds. Sadly I'm sure Graeme thought this was a coup!

30 interested parties and this is deal #1? What did the second and third place proposals look like? This  is a dynamite deal for Paladin. As soon at GW take over they have 2 mil shares in the black, plus 18%, plus a reasonable probability of a marketed cancer drug inside of 2 years. If not, well you get an 18 % return on your money when AH is given away. How do shareholders get in on ...more
