Arch... Do insider trading rules apply to option grants... if a company had just received an expression of interest by 2 well known biotech executives, and were expecting increased near-term interest, while asking uninformed shareholders to vote on a large option grant, would that be considered insider trading, or just a minor oversight? That inability to crest the 35 cent mark sure is

Arch ...I'd love to see the minutes from the BOD meeting that put together the December Option grant! You know, the ones that were granted in the midst of the GW overtures that we were not to hear about.  Since I don't have them I'll spray paint a piece of paper black and try to infer what was said!

Pea...if certain people play big boy ball, like I think they do, those options will be walled in below 35 cents for some time. If not, the float and McRae votes will increase substantially, at least in terms of a close proxy vote. Of course, as mentioned several times, they would have had no idea a proxy battle was brewing at the time of the decision to issue the said options, what with them
