Hmmm...I thought I had heard recently that Bioniche had no intention of doing a placement at these levels as it would be too penal to shareholders and that they were looking for alternative sources of cash, like a Urocidin partnership that had upfront money included? Is it about the 5 mil or the 15 million votes??? Is this the board's interpretation of looking out for shareholders
