The CC

Worth listening to.

if nothing else, you will realize how futile the turnaround appears to be. I heard nothing near term beyond another placement. Contrary to what the previous management lead us to believe, nothing is close...Nothing.

This only confirms my theory that the last 24 months of the previous regime's existence were focused solely on keeping them existing. As far as commercial advancement of Urocidin, or anything else of significance, it was the tire fire we expected.

It is worth noting that the operation will be moved to Montreal, with the Belleville operation wrapped up under something called Econiche Corp. I have to commend them on running with their greatest  commercial branding success, I can only assume Agent Orange Corporation was unavailable.

Lastly, there was no sense of urgency whatsoever around the share price. They did acknowledge that they needed better communication outside of Canada and unsure of whether analyst coverage existed.

If the goal was to provide some final incentive for long term shareholder to bail out, in an effort to introduce a less caustic shareholder base, it was a 9 out of 10!

"look, the previous management gambled on a vaccine ...more

I'm missing something...how are we receiving 43 cents/share? Thanks,

Fully dilluted, that is what the company was paid. The advisory firm noted that in the MD&A as rationale for accepting the offer. The fact that the stock is now roughly half the offer price should be ignored. Obviously there isn't much basis on which to sell this offer to shareholders, beyond vote yes or go bankrupt. I will say that the management speak-stock tank relationship appears ...more

Great to see that after selling off basically the only functioning part of the operation, we still have some in depth debt repayment talk.  Once again a big high five to our former regime, we all owe a DEBT of gratitude. Did the plant ever get validated, I miss the disingenuous delay talk? Perhaps with a few modifications we can make batches of pot cookies for shareholders nerves?   ...more
