I’d like to congratulate everyone involved in the planning and execution of this most wonderful financing::::::) The tough as nails negotiators, that bent but didn’t break. What a coup, to only give out ONE free warrant (for cash we won't need in 24 months) for each share purchased. They must have been manning the phone 24/7 to find anyone willing to take in a financing for a company that is six months away from a rubber stamped BLA submission, for a blockbuster cancer treatment for .28 /share plus a full warrant. Nice job. For all the "lucky" investors who sold in the high .30s, with no knowledge of a financing in the works. I truly hope their luck continues and they can buy back into this financing and get a risk free warrant in the process;>)Nice job. I seem to recall a certain board member referring to a 29 cent financing , plus half a warrant, and the corresponding secrecy and self enrichment  of the management team as a "SHAM", a mere 54 weeks ago.
