It would seem to me that a deal for this financing was cut prior to the initial BLA submission news, irrespective of where the news may have initially taken the share price. Someone, or some group made damn sure that the share price settled below 30 cents. Whether it ran to $2.00 on that release or not, it was coming back below 30 cents. It appears via the level II that the market is ambivalent wrt this news. It's always better to bargain from a platform of strength to get best deals.
