1. Ah ha- VMC is indeed unsaleable and worthless.  No money will come in from it thus the need for a salvage issue of stock

2.  BLA application is a long shot afterall.   That is why they need the money now

3.  Berent will leave  when BLA is rejected.  BLA's always rejected on first try with FDA

And Last and foremost:

Ahhh Knuckledragger....you got plenty wrong...but some right of course... 1)the dang VMC is near worthless....has always been so you're dead nuts there.. 2) BLA may well be a long shot...ain't they all?  But the FDA did give the green light, so we ought to see something from that... 3) Berent can't leave after FDA rejection cause all his gazillion options will be still
