Orphan Status due any Day now!

80-90% of the time FDA responds within the 90 day set time frame for response to Orphan status submission.  BNC submitted July 29. Hence, should be any day for FDA response.GLTA

I am expecting it this week - tomorrow morning at 8am EST is my guess. If we don't get it this week, and/or there is no uptick in price in anticipation of the news, then I am really getting concerned about the outcome.
