Share Price and unhappiness

The sp is what it is until the float shrinks bigtime and/or we get TST shares bought by the tutes. I have preached this many times. We cannot get the float to shrink unless we do a RS and/or tutes start buying. Its a double edged problem, tutes cannot buy for most part until TST gets above a certain price level. The MM's are capping this because they can, easily, the low price and massive float allows them to protect themselves and do dirty deeds for whoever they represent, all with minimal monies involved due to sp. TST can do all these great things and great press releases, but it DOES NOT MATTER UNTIL WE GET THE TUTES BUYING THRU A DECREASED FLOAT, which will get rid of the infinite 'bid and ask' qtys. Last but not least, TST must say goodbye to the TSE and to Canada in general, fine, keep mfgr here but all else must head south. To all longtime investors who will take it up the rear losing stock after the RS, I feel for you, I too will be losing a great deal of shares also, but its reality. Santa put us in this spot to enrich himself, his cronies, and his ego; all due to that damn plant and cow vaccine that the ranchers never accepted. If another ten persons died from ecoli a few years ago, we wouldn't be here discussing any of this. Dr Berendt has delivered and now we must support his final act. I have emailed the COO/company several times and its my personal feeling that they see massive float problem, little tute support, and TSE/OTC listings as the MAJOR factors affecting the sp. losing stock after the RS, I feel for you, I too will be losing a great deal of shares also, but its reality. Of course you'll be losing shares but the value of each of the shares you will hold will also increase accordingly. Do you realize that a reverse split changes nothing "overall" wrt your TST portfolio holdings ? If you held 10,000 shares and they were trading at .10 ...more

Lovin, I was more addressing the psychological aspect of ones share count reduction.  I am fully aware of all the ins and outs of a RS, especially the mathematical aspects. You can pull up all my posts here and you'll see I'm the biggest advocate here for our pending RS. In no way, shape,  or form am I here to spread FUD. You must have me confused with someone else. I am a ...more

Everybody gets the math. Not everybody believes the story though. To date all I have seen is a pathetically underwhelming share performance that has been taken advantage of for two equally pathetic dilutive financings and several overly generous options grabs. Why should people now believe that the switch will suddenly be turned on for their benefit through a reverse? So many excuses for the ...more

Well all of us have to put our money where our mouth is...Sign up to ask questions at the AGM. Whether in person or through conference call. Every year silence and polite words prevail as managemnt dish out the reports. Then the whining on the bullboards starts up all over again.  Step up or ship out.

Doing a reverse split to get the share price higher is disgusting to long term holders, we are going to get screwed and we are powerless to stop it from happening. Yes, everyone can do the math, but no one wants to talk about what the share price can achieve after the split. At a 15 to 1 split, a pre consolidation price of $2 is $30, 3 is $45. Do you really believe that you are going to see those ...more

brain-dead patients hooked to heart machines...hey...no shortage here.... Companies that institute reverse splits are normally dying on the vine and are about to be buried. It's like hooking up a brain-dead patient to a heart machine - you are normally just prolonging the life of the patient who has no chance of survival. www.davemanuel.com
