So let me understand he gets millions in pay, bonuses, free shares/ options, huge lavish expense account, plus an executive office close to bars restaurants and trendy social life and then SELLS OVER 2 MILLION Shares !!!! His big accomplishments are getting rid of animal health, not selling the vaccine facility! Signing a 144 month lease from who? Perhaps a friend or?! Other accomplishments failing miserably at adcom not even standing up to defend it and then fda rejection and no back up plan! Wow close to 50 employees still another incredible ASScomplishment! When he came to BNC he stated Not business as usual! Well that's for sure! Another 1 of his ASScompshitments was to rename BNC tst short form for trust suckers trust! Remember over 2 million shares sold at a profit?is this for real as I never saw this on insider trading reports?! Lucky he's an american living in candiass rather than Russia!
