New and improved

I wonder how some of you will spin this
-TST updating their site
-TST team going to Germany for another Bio-Europe conference

Do you mean TST is still trying to be a pharma company with no products, and is more in reality a real estate development company?  Who has developed 2 lots in 15 years? Its not a wonder why they hit 3.5 cents recently.

And it's not a wonder why they hit 0,075$ two days later... And 0,99$ 8-10 months ago...!!! Some peoples know the real value of TST. GLTA

It seems to be partially updated, There is no sign that MCNA ever existed. Now we have nothing but cash Corporate Development PARTNERING OPPORTUNITIES & STRATEGY Capitalizing on our team's expertise and successful track records in a wide range of therapeutic areas and modalities, we are actively scouting for product opportunities worldwide. Through this outreach ...more

I guess it hasn't dawned on management to ask the shareholders what they want to do at this point. perpetuating their overly generous numeration seems to be their M.O. at this point, shareholders are just their unwilling sugar daddies. where else can execs have 3+ massive fails in short order and keep their jobs?
Comment by LittleLadyPhD on Aug 16, 2016 10:31am
I think that is the salient point: Most of us invested in TST because we felt MCNA was a very promising treatment for NMIBC...but now that's been completely shelved. I doubt many of us would have invested in a random little Canadian company (with a completely crappy track record as business people) whose sole interest, apparently, is buying anything they come across with their current cash in ...more

I agree 100%. good luck getting anything besides a boiler plate responce from management reitterating their no material information stance toward shareholders, at least that is what I have recieved from the enquiries I have submitted since April. IMO managemnet is content feathering their nests on the backs of TST shareholders.

In the end we all voted for this change, if the BOD is still in place after the AGM this year. So register your shares, and vote no.

100 % agree PHD Lady. They have not earned the right to go off in another direction with the remaining scraps. The scraps should be distributed fairly and evenly, if a buyer for the "hole" cannot be found that is in excess of the sum of the parts. To allow this team to continue to enrich itself with the $35m or so that is left in the coffers would be adding insult to injury. IMO the ...more

I am one of those who can't believe that MCNA has been put on a shelf with almost no value attached to it.  So much time, efforts, dilution, and shareholder's money have been put into it.  At one point ENDO and Ipsen were among those who also saw its tremendous potential.  It could have easily been worth over $1 billion if the panel had voted yes and the FDA given their ...more

I wouldn't say it has no value I would say that no one wants to pay for it right now. With the state of the company the vultures are circling and rightly or wrongly that's how the world works. You have valid points regarding Ipsen, Endo and to add to this there were favourable comments made by the panel at ADCOM. There is value there but money has to be invested and trials performed to ...more
