Foggy soup  I can see that you are still emotionally involved with this stock. You are not thinking logically.  The cat is out of the bag.  This company is up for sale based on its remaining assets.  Those assets exceed the value of the offer by a considerable margin.  The value of the cash alone is almost 14 cents. That excludes the value of 3 very significant assets
