When Monster drinks and cigarettes are legally available to the public, the FDA means nothing.   Their arguably the worst branch of administration ever created by man.    They don't even possess decent brains because all of the decent brains sold out to something human beings are relatively good at.    Which is NOT curing disease.    We are flat out awful at
