I understand it as well, at the time tho it seemed the $902,000 per quarter savings seems a bit tight. (Roughly $10,000 a day) Same could be said for the earnings tho now to so we're all

I do understand the need to drop the dividend in these uncertain times. I think it was actually prudent for the admins to pull back on their outgoing cash flow while the uncertainty is going on.
