Share Buybacks and Special Dividends

Fact:
TVE has stated they will do share buybacks or special dividends or a combination of the two when stated financial metrics are met. Which they expect in Q2.
If a company does not do what they stated they will be open to legal action from the shareholders. 

There are some people speaking nonsense on this board.
They must have a secondary agenda or just be really stupid.

This is Canada there's no such thing as legal action . They can steal all they want they can do what they want they will never be charged or sued. Not saying they're doing anything wrong I'm just saying shareholders have zero rights in this country.
