Wow what a terrible deal looks like they almost gave it away at that price .. I guess they couldnt find anyone interested in it.. Should have just kept it ...

tamarack had 3 bidders. must have been worse offers/ tamarack looking to focus clearwater and charlie lakes. they wil definitly keep the lethbridge penny field assets for some reason. i would just get rid of that to, but who would want to buy in that area

And the 3 bidders should be Bonterra, Ricochet and potentially Saturn. TVE cardium is alderflats and wilson creek area. TVE stuff is directly south of Bonterra big land area.  I wouldnt blame BNE at balking at 123m in cash. Mancal land is more were vermillion is on that end of Pembina, not even close.  Not saying impossible but that would be bizarre for Mancal to buy. Whoever bought ...more
