Tracking 2024 Returns to Shareholders
1) Base dividend: $0.15/share (most recent monthly, annualized)

2) H1/24 share buybacks: $32.9MM to buyback 9.7MM shares • $0.06/share of value YTD (based on current shares outstanding)

3. YTD repurchased ~2% of 2023 year-end shares outstanding

H2 Plan is to move to 60% Return of Capital and 40% on debt in terms of usage of free cash flow.

Stop is extremely undervalued.

To round out the info you helpfully presented, ML, how many shares were issued to the officers and directors. Or is that captured by your basing things on the buybacks?
