Woodlands end run.
Fresh off the court of appeal loss. The City is going to jam through a meeting on short notice.
13th Floor has filed a motion requesting 8 months to prepare.
10.b Discussion and motion/direction to direct the City Manager to schedule a quasi-judicial hearing with the only matters being 13th Floor's land-use plan amendment, rezoning application, the site plan, and the development agreement on August 31st at 7:00 pm. Requested by Vice Mayor Mike Gelin

The City heard from their lawyer, he said 13th Floor was intent on trying to delay. I agree, I highly doubt that they could win with this commision. Gelin has removed the motion. My guess the 13th Floor motion will become moot.
