Coho means little but also means a lot if it ushers in a more streamline path to getting Cascadura on line in months rather than years. If it means nothing, why did did share price jump 30% just announcing precommissioning and commissioning of the pipeline.  By the way Cassandra was a classical figure who was at Troy when it fell and  could see the future  (like Cascadura quickly
