The best part to this deal is that if silver goes on a serious run Americas will participate now and that is good news, whether they'll be sucessful in all they set out to do only time will tell, dilution is rather large but they are swinging for the fences not just content on getting to first base, I've been invested here for a few years now and I finally believe I made the correct decision, no mention of Relief in the plans though, but if gold stabilizes around here or goes higher it's only a matter of time before we hear something I'm sure.Disable Ginger in this text fieldDisable Ginger on this website×

Agree re correct decision. On Relief, my take is that this is all about Sprott, so gold play secondary.  Neither the time nor the inclination to do a deep dive, but my take is this means the production numbers (scheduled to be announced next week) will be very good.  By doing the deal this week, Sprott gets to come in to TopCo at a valuation that is at market over last 30 days or so

Heard Eric on a podcast after the deal was done, did not mention Americas by name but said he just bought 22% of a silver company, said he's not a quick seller of any company he believes in, however, everyone has a price, my opinion,  but it was good to hear he's not a quick flipper, but he . also added when he makes this kind of investment you better believe he's done his home
