Fantastic 3rd Quarter

They really good solid third quarter and debt keeps coming off quickly, plus drilling success in Germany.  I think this should be a big positive for the stock.  IMHO

October buyback has been a little bit slow.... why..... we will know soon.... probably less cash flow or an increase dividend is coming
