Separating fundamentals from O&G price

The obsession with the rise and fall of WIT and NG is understandable, but it seems that the drastic change VET is undergoing through share buy-backs and debt reduction, not to mention  acretive acquisitions, are completely ignored. If banks did not take the debt reduction or increased income of borrowers into account, nobody's line of credit would ever move up! I don't really care as I believe the proof of the puddingwill be in the eating, but it is annoying!

I took a position last month and chased it up over 29.00 to do it. I thought it was a good buy and I'm still confident of a large return by year end. Market just won't be able to ignore the FCF. And I'm a fan of paying down debt as you never know when the opportunity may be gone. Future looks great until it doesn't...
