There's an emerging view that the US dollar is getting too strong and its affecting the global currencies too much.. I'd have to agree with that thesis and I think the nuance of higher rates is going to start to subside and once that happens the US buck is going to soften.. that will signal a bottom and an end to the recession is firmly in the cards.. time is all we need for this to play ...more

I'd like to add this this previous comment.. most if not all these O&G producers have already set their long term borrowing costs when rates were much lower.. so these interest rate increases have no effect on their balance sheets.. but the rate increase boogyman has the whole market scared without rational thought about O&G.. then add in that by the time these companies need to re ...more
