Coming weeks will be very good for the energy sector. I am looking at VET trading near $30 soon.

What is the role of Russia here? US has no control over anything these days... neither Russian oil output, nor the oil price.  OPEC is damn sure this oil price will go up. Otherwise they should have already cut the production.
