Thanks Ppl this is a good read.  LIke a lot of ppl no one is ecstatic about the CEO and BOD silence but there is a lot of information, and the first that I see, here published by VG at technical level.  One may notice even the EoR and consultants are quiet but they are working on first understanding the what, why, where, when (4W's) Formulate your own opinion on the report.  I

This is just a guess but if I'm the banks sprott beatie and a host of others they are salivating at the opportunity to finance the repairs at VG where else can you get in on a project like this at these prices and be operational this quick..

As CEO McConnell has a legal fiduciary responsibility to his shareholders, he's pushed the boundaries of supplying information to the absolute limit...he had no choice but to finally admit what many of us realise, VG is in a black hole, not enough funds, but responsibility for the clean up and repair...this goes only one of two ways, bank foreclosure, and bankruptcy or very cheap buy out
