I seem to remember a "shoddy parctices by VG". insertion in a post.  Wasn't in the report.

I did see the comment by mjbrown

"nincompoop I must have been watching a different briefing than you, as I did not hear anyone state anything about a catalogue of shoddy practice. Lets at least keep it real. If any requirements were by-passed, the government would have been aware of it"

I think moderators need to review all comments and remove and send messages that say things like shody practices when in fact it was doctored in.

Hi Husky, anyone with comprehension skills would have realized the shoddy practice comment was mine, it wasn't in quotation marks...see what I mean about him not being the sharpest knife in the draw. An explainer for  Husky...if I had reproduced the comment including my addition inside quotation marks...that would have been a deliberate attempt at decit...Seems like I've really got
