67 dollar condensate, gas is out.....

At 67 U.S. for condensate, VII generations could generate 1.16 billion in FCF, even with the lousy hedges in place, almost 3.50 a share to pay dividends, play down debt.

A 24 cent dividend is useless and for VII generation would represent less than 25 million a quater, and they need to figure out what to do with the other 275 million in FCF every quater.

A dollar a year dividend and 700 million off the debt yearly, would keep banks and investors happy.

Also a 40% hedge at 67 dollars U.S. means sustainability.

This deal looks more stupid every day, and CPP should admit they are likely a bunch of idiots that screwed up VII generations from the get go.

VOTE NO, to this stuped deal.

Arc should try to buy out Advantage it a better fit.
