I am not a apologist for management in any way. I try to look objectively at all of the facts. It was June 2021 before Valeura received its cash for the sale of its shallow gas assets. Financially, they did not have the capital to make any significant acquisitions before then. There was no way they could have committed to any deal without having the capital in hand. If readers would like to gain some insight into Nozzie's financial acumen, please glance at the KUB board. Nozzie has neglected to consider debt when providing his summary of the KUB financial report, totally misreading the financial status of KUB. Nozzie was really anxious to demonstrate the wonderful accuracy of his predictions, but, sadly, he somehow skipped 'the bad stuff'. This ...more

Ignore this Dolt. My analyses of Kub Energy is taken directly from the 2021 Report, including debt and hindcast from Q1/22 to fully reflect the results of the East Asset sale which closed in Nov 2021 but whose payment was partially reported in Q1/22. Incidentally, KUB , at 2 cents with about 7 cents in net asset value , mostly cash  and no debt,...and imo will be sold..is a great buy..
