I've got nothing against free speech but it's got nothing to do with oil or cpg. This is a stock website. They're well within their rights to start deleting content not related to stocks. And frankly I wish they'd do more of it

Funny how the main business television channels in the world such as CNBC and Bloomberg have had wall to wall coverage on COVID for the last two years. Perhaps they should have their posts deleted since according to some on this board it is not in any way relevant to the economy, business in general or energy stocks in particular. Why don't you guys write to them and tell them to stop ...more

I've got no issues with any discussions around covid's impact on the ecomony in general and oil specifically. I do have an issue with all of the conspiracy bullshit we've seen lately

I already had the Dogs and Sound on ignore but I see that I still have to endour their re-posts. It is a CPG board in the energy sector not Facebook or Twitter,  and I have no interest or time to read what  the Lunatic Fringe is interested in. Use your ignore button and be done with them! Let's stick to making money.,

Totally Agree. Most of the people here that complain about Covid or Political posts are probably demoncrats and lieberals and likely do not don't like getting called out just like the head cockroach.

It is pretty simple folks. If someone considers the post as SPAM - the first option in the "Report Abuse" capability, I assume SH reviews these reports and decides if the content of the post is related to CPG and if not the post is considered SPAM (unrelated content - has NOTHING TO DO WITH CPG). I assume they decide to delete the post (freedom...how is that related to CPG).  if ...more

Agreed. There are multiple places to share unrelated thoughts (on even very important issues, ones like the freedom convoys) or to start discussions with online acquaintances. Facebook, Twitter (social media) or Breitbart, Gateway Pundit (news services with open comments) I come to a stock bullboard to read threads and comments relevant to the oil industry, particularly the company the thread is ...more
