The problem here is not the buyback .....it the re issuance of employee stock options which totally. Mute the buy backs

Look at the financial statements. As of Q3 there were 563.5MM basic shares outstanding and 567.4MM diluted.  Looks to be 4 million shares for options, warrents, and convertibles. I haven't dug into it, but I bet most of the 4 million are stock options. You can look at the last GM meetings and it will list annual grants to executives and directors along with breakouts of share-based and
