Hey packer I'm talking about how the USA use our cheap oil and use it refined and export new transformed products at a higher price and benefits from it .... you brain has so much a leftist part that you don't want to understand .... The additional Canadian heavy/sour can be blended with Permian ultralight and exported profiting everyone involved in North America and also supporting sanctions against bad actors like Iran and Russia, without causing oil price spikes.
