It is absolutely certain that Ackman has laid down all the cards in front of Papa before he accepted to leave Perrigo. He would not have accepted this if he didn't believe that Valeant had a future. You don't leave a fine ship to get onboard the Titanic. He doesn't want to ruin his reputation. I'm sure that Ackman has a winning strategy going forward, and he got Papa onboard. Just

I for one am very happy not to be withing Ackman the Hackman's inner circle. I am also very happy that he is not my broker. He has lost $2 BILLION on his investment in Valeant. I repeat the Hackman's hedge fund  has lost $2 BILLION. Who needs friends like that.
